Tibet, what can I find in you?
» Ba Yi>Zhi Bai>Jia La, round trip
Must-see, China's voted most beautiful snow mountain, Nan Jia Ba Wa
Heading where is not important any more. The beauty at this moment is worth everything.
Paved road!? Come on, it's not real.
Of course not. Road is closed under construction. Will let go 7pm. It's 5pm now.
That is tibetan picnic food. See that 95% fat piec of pork? They need the energy.
Cheers, with butter tea.
We wait and wait. Finally, at 9:30pm, construction site let go of us.
We reached Zhi Bai at 1:30am. Waking up to a new day in Zhi Bai villiage.
Taking a peek at Nan Jia Ba Wa. NJBW means "spear pointing towards the sky" in Tibetan.
Trekking + horseback riding. Thru Yu Lu Zang Bu Rivier Gorge, to Jia La.
Another peek at NJBW.
Ya Lu Zang Bu River small turn.
NJBW is a big diamond
Thick forest shading off burning sunlight. It's so wonderful to walk on a carpet of leaves.
This cures tooth decay!
Jia La Bai Lei. Can't see the full view but good enough.
Jia La villiage. Just 7 families here.
