Running On Qing Zang Plateau
The gateway to Tibet. A transportation hub. At 2,800m.
Back to Xining, then to Germu (pronounced: Ge R Mu)
Dinner at Xining. Yogurt, cool noodle, BBQ lamb ... etc., etc.
Mutton noodle. The color makes Kam hungry.
Take a bus to Ge R Mu. All paved road. Much easier this time. About 800km from Xining to Germu.
Riding a cab to sigh seeing from Germu.
BBQ mutton again. Nothing much to choose from in fact.
City of Germu. Not a big city.
The next day. Cab takes me to a salt field.
Never know there is such beauty in salt fields.
It's called "salt flower".
Beautiful, isn't it?
