On the road to Chongqing, Kam finds this bowl of yak organs. Fresh and thus super delicious.

A smoked stuff dish. The yellowish thing is pig intestine stuffed with salted egg yolk. 5 thumbs up (out of 5).

Duck tongue. Kam loves this very much before of the flavor, not because of the chance to kiss many individuals within an hour.

Oh my gosh. I remember this bowl of noodle outside of a local market. It looks like a simple bowl of noodle but it's full of all sorts of flavor. The soup is cooked with bones and green onion is fresh. No MSG at all. It's a bowl prepared with heart.
