Sichuan & Chongqing
Chongqing is a city built on hills, a place for food, a city with character.
On the road to Chongqing, Kam finds this bowl of yak organs. Fresh and thus super delicious.
Hot pepper fried hot pepper? At least that is what my tongue would figure.
Tofu fish soup.
So kind of a duck dish? I forgot.
Tofu noodle? Again, not sure.
A smoked stuff dish. The yellowish thing is pig intestine stuffed with salted egg yolk. 5 thumbs up (out of 5).
Very center of Chongqing.
Yes, food again. So what?
Kam's sister is a food lover too.
Chongqing is a place where 3 rivers meet. Extra beautiful at river side.
Duck tongue. Kam loves this very much before of the flavor, not because of the chance to kiss many individuals within an hour.
Has to be a duck.
Oh my gosh. I remember this bowl of noodle outside of a local market. It looks like a simple bowl of noodle but it's full of all sorts of flavor. The soup is cooked with bones and green onion is fresh. No MSG at all. It's a bowl prepared with heart.
